i want to make a web page that will desplay a live vedio ( take a vedio that is beenig recorded and display it) in c sharp 2010

first thing i dont know how to make a vedio player.

secound i dont know that algorithm for makeing a vedio that is beening
­60; recorded to be desplayed in the first time to be showed in the vedio
