What would you put in a Toolbar?

I'm talking with some folks about creating a "Student" toolbar.  If this does happen, what would you put in it?

Generically speaking, I can think of:

What would you include?

1. Intern Opportunities

2. Jobs

3. Tools for Efficient Learning

4. Tools for Improving Programming

& ;So on.
