Verificati­on Problems

Hello,

I can sign in with my Hotmail-ac­count but the verificati­on of the DreamSpark Account fails. After entering the access key sent to my University mail account I always get the following message: Invalid activation code. You have xxx attempts remaining. When I try to request another access code I always get informed that my University mail address was already used for activating the account.

What can I do? Can you help me?

I had the same issue. I was able to fix it by removeing a space that poped up in front of my code.

Unfortunat­ely, this didn't help me. I guess the product key which was sent to me is wrong.

"Invalid activation code. You have xxx attempts remaining."

It's always the same...
